The volunteer selection process at Continuum begins with an application and an interview, where potential volunteers may express their personal goals, availability, interests and talents. Volunteers are carefully screened through a criminal background check, motor vehicle report, and personal references to ensure our patients are under the best care possible.
Our volunteers’ skill sets are defined by areas of service within the Volunteer Department. We offer our volunteers many opportunities to improve their skills and levels of competency.
